Rider A - Lead Service Line Replacement Plan Adjustment
The Lead Service Line Replacement Plan Adjustment Rider is established pursuant to Indiana Code § 8-1-31.6 to recover the cost of replacing customer-owned lead service lines within or connected to the water utility’s system. This rate schedule applies to water service rendered by Citizens Water to Customers billed under Rate Nos. 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, & 8.

Rider B - Distribution System Improvement Charge (DSIC)
The Distribution System Improvement Charge (DSIC) Rider is established pursuant to Indiana Code § 8-1-31 to recover cost associated with improvements to the water distribution system. This rate schedule applies to water service rendered by Citizens Water Customers billed under Rate Nos. 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8.
