Appendix A - Non-Recurring Charges
Charges applicable to all customers pertaining to bad check, reconnect/disconnect, deposit, trip and fraud charges.

Standard Contract Rider No. 1 - Fuel Cost Adjustment
Charges applicable to the Utility's steam customers served under Steam Rate 1 and Steam Rate 2. The Rider No. 1 charge is primarily designed to adjust rates in order to recover the current estimated cost of fuel incurred to provide steam to end-use customers. Typically, the rate is updated once per quarter.

Standard Contract Rider No. 3 - Normal Temperature Adjustment
The NTA adjusts each Rate No 1 Customer’s Monthly billed amount to reverse the impact on margin recovery caused by non-normal temperatures during the billing period, as measured by actual heating degree day variations from normal heating degree days.
