Important Information

Please Note:  Due to planned system upgrades, these Permits and Forms will not be available for submission between 7:00 pm on Wednesday, July 22nd and 7:00 am Monday, July 27th.  In addition, we will be unable to process payments for permits during this time.  We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If you have a permit that has already been approved or a service line or tap that has already been completed and you need to schedule an inspection or meter set, please call our New Service Contact Center at (317) 927-4444 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday- Friday to schedule. You can also send an email to newservice@citizensenergygroup.com.

If you need to make an emergency water or sewer repair during the outage, please call (317) 927-4444 to provide notification in advance.  If the repair occurs after hours, leave our team a voice mail message including the address of the repair.  In either case, you will need to submit the permit application on Monday, July 27th to ensure the permit is recorded.



Prior to starting work on your property, transferring service, or researching standards, you or your contractor may require certain permits and forms. On this page, you will find some of the more common permits and forms you or your contractor may need.

Always make sure you're choosing a licensed, bonded and insured contractor to perform the work on your property. This is for your protection and also ensures the work is performed according to current standards.
