The Water Wizard tool was designed to assist you in diagnosing some of the most commonly perceived water quality concerns by answering a few basic questions. Please answer the questions below to the best of your knowledge.

Water Pressure

If the water from tap(s) flows with inconsistent pressure, either high or low, please select the option below that best describes the issue:

Air in Lines

Most Common Cause: If sputtering, banging or hammering is experienced due to air in the water lines, the most common cause is repair work to the water main distribution system carrying water to homes. Additional flushing may be required to remove all of the air.

Recommended Action: Turn on all the taps. The air should leave the lines within a few minutes, but it could take up to 15 minutes. If this result is experienced, no further action is needed. Check for ongoing work in the area which could be the cause of this issue (View Outage Map).

After taking the above listed actions, if the concern was not resolved, please open a case to be contacted by a Customer Case Manager.
